Location, as we all know, is 9/10th's of business success. This location has 8,000 potential customers in a one mile square radius! Incomes average better than $100k with plenty of disposable income. Higley and Chandler Heights Rd is a "gateway" for traffic flow from South to North Valley Cities. This is a added bonus for those wanting to capture this clientele.

*Walk in mantinee board to assist in capturing those clients needing your artistic services.
